Matthew Kim founded Gateway Hotels & Consulting LLC in 2013 after successfully working for hotel management companies since 1995. Matthew started out at the front desk of a full service hotel as he was earning his Undergraduate Degree and was promoted to all levels of management up to Executive VP of Operations for a Bay Area hotel management company. Dedication and hard work is Matthew’s philosophy, but nurturing those who want to make hospitality their career is his passion.
